The Toyota Camry is today the world’s best-selling mid-size executive/family sedan. Toyota speaks of more than 700,000 units sold per year. The Camry model is currently assembled in the USA, Japan, China, India, Russia, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand. We are now looking forward for the 8th generation Camry which is targeted for launch in Malaysia this year.
This new Toyota Camry utilizes TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture), which represents a completely new strategy to the way the company designs, engineers, and packages its vehicles. TNGA retains all of Toyota’s traditional values of superlative build quality and safety while injecting a fun driving experience that plays on all the senses. The physical manifestation is the usage of a new engine, transmission and GA-K platform.
