Launched in Malaysia in July 2016, the Yamaha Ego Avantiz scooter is now offered with three new colour options, namely blue, yellow and red for 2018. The price remains unchanged at RM5,717.64 after GST (excluding tax, insurance and registration).
Powering the Ego Avantiz is a 125 cc BlueCore single-cylinder engine with fuel injection that packs 9.38 hp at 8,000 rpm and 9.6 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The unit is mated to a V-belt automatic transmission.
Standard equipment includes LED headlight, ECO lamp on the instrument panel as well as a parking lock system. It also has a14-litre storage space capable for Jet-type helmet storage, an ergonomically designed seat handle and a front disc brake.
