Euromobil Sdn Bhd (“Euromobil”) has launched the “Malaysia. Land of quattro” online challenge as part of an overall global brand message to promote quattro®, Audi’s leading all-wheel drive technology. Participants will stand a chance to win a grand prize of an all-expense paid trip for two to Dubai Autodrome where they can push quattro® to the limits on the Audi R8 V10 quattro.
Audi introduced quattro® all-wheel drive system for passenger cars in 1980 at the International Geneva Motor Show and had kicked off a long running success story. Today, Audi is the world’s leading premium-segment manufacturer of passenger cars with permanent all-wheel drive – representing impressive driving dynamics, excellent cornering and directional stability, precise handling qualities and more fun at the wheel – thanks to the combination of high traction and high lateral stability in the technology.
To drive the level of awareness of quattro® in the country, Euromobil invites the public to take part in the online challenge at www.landofquattro.com.my. The microsite also pays homage to the country’s most popular driving routes, honouring them as true land of quattro. Questions pertaining to quattro® and the diverse driving terrains in Malaysia will be revealed daily at 12 noon. Participants will earn mileage for every correct answer and additional mileage can be collected upon sharing the contest on Facebook. At the end of the competition, participants with the highest mileage will be sent off to Dubai for the Audi R8 driving experience. Meanwhile, the subsequent top 40 scorers will also get to experience locally, the true sporty and dynamic potential of quattro® on the Audi quattro® driving experience. The top 40 will set off from the Audi Showroon in Damansara en-route to Sepang International Circuit to take part in the custom-built off-road arena for quattro® experiential activities. The Malaysia Land of quattro® online challenge goes live from end of November to 6th December with winners to be announced by 9th December.
