Drivers in Scandinavia are very environmentally-conscious people and so the high sales of hybrid and electric driven cars have been very good and even sometimes surpassing diesel and petrol driven vehicle. However it is surprising to find out that the Tesla Model S has exceeded all sales expectations and recently became the best-selling car in Norway for the month of September.
Some 616 units were sold there last month from a total of 12,168 vehicles sold in Norway last month. Manufactured in left hand drive only for now, the Tesla Model S could be a good seller here in Malaysia when the right hand drive version is introduced to the global market. Let’s wait and see who gets the franchise.
