Over the last couple of months, leaked images of a scale model of the yet-to-be-revealed Volvo S90 have surfaced, effectively taking away the chance for a jaw dropping “grand reveal” of the actual car. Leaks like these have happened before, and in the digital age, they’re too costly to prevent. So although Volvo has officially been trying to track down the scale models of the S90 that were used in the leak, Alan Vissner, managing director for brand sales and advertisement for the company is pretty laid back about the whole fiasco.
A report from SwedeSpeed stated that Vissner wasn’t at all displeased with the leak. In fact, he “wished he was the one who leaked the scale models from the beginning.” We’re not that surprised by his stance. After all, what’s the harm in a bit of free publicity?
