0Picture Of The Day, A Child Car Seat Or New Alloy Wheels?
You child or a new set of alloy wheels? Which is more important for you?
Five things you need to do before buying a car child seat
- Always get your car seat test fitted before you buy.
- Don’t buy a secondhand child car seat unless you know it’s full history and that it hasn’t suffered any damage. Otherwise you could end up with a car child seat that has been weakened or damaged in an accident.
- Make sure the car seat fits in your car before buying it. Not all car seats fit safely and effectively into all cars (especially cars more than 20 years old).
- When buying a child seat travel system, always choose the child car seat first and a compatible child buggy second. Your child’s safety in the car is most important.
- When buying the next stage child car seat, measure the weight of your baby or child to check your child is ready to move up to the booster seat.
