A new PROTON Platinum Showroom in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur was officially opened today, coinciding with the introduction of PROTON’s latest model, the Prevé. The Showroom was officiated by PROTON Group Managing Director Dato’ Sri Haji Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir reaffirming the national car company’s brand promise of ‘Committed To Be Better’, particularly in providing the best customer experience at PROTON sales and service outlets.
Occupying an area of 619 square metres, the new Showroom features a display area that can amply showcase six Proton models and a dedicated covered car delivery area that can fit in another two cars. It boasts a huge glass entrance, a spacious and comfortable customer lounge, dedicated discussion rooms and amenities such as a pantry, restrooms and a Surau. The modern design of the showroom with its slanting facade and frameless glass walls is synonymous with the new style of PROTON’s other Platinum outlet in Mutiara Damansara. Inspired with customer comfort and convenience in mind and characterized predominantly by PROTON’s corporate blue colour, the showroom is a combination of design and functionality with a modern interior styling of that exude class, warmth and character. Construction of the showroom began in June 2011 and completed in the middle of September 2011.
