GOODYEAR MALAYSIA Gets A Lady Boss

In the world of everything carbon, black and round, the tire, men have dominated the role as captain of the ship. The world has changed as we know it and Ms. Ivy Peng (yes, a women) has taken over the wheel of Goodyear Malaysia, the leading tire manufacturer in Malaysia, as she becomes Managing Director of Goodyear Malaysia Berhad, replacing Encik Ahmad Zakariah. Her new role oversees the company growth, direction and strategy execution for Goodyear Malaysia. Ivy Peng expressed her excitement, “Goodyear is one of the very few industries with such a long heritage. It is definitely an honor and a great opportunity to be leading this great company.”

Peng previously served as the Sales Director of Goodyear Malaysia for 2.5 years.
