Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) has once again been named Retailer of the Year (Asia Pacific) at the 2023/2024 Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards, marking its fifth win and fourth consecutive year as the top performer.
This prestigious award highlights JLRM’s exceptional performance in areas such as marketing, sales, customer service, staff training, and showroom presentation. The company’s success is driven by Sime Motors’ core values, “Care for All, Act with Integrity, and Win Together.”
Moreover, these principles foster a customer-centric culture and have helped JLR Malaysia exceed industry standards year after year. Jeffrey Gan, Managing Director of Sime Motors Southeast Asia, praised the achievement, noting that it reflects JLR Malaysia’s ability to lead in a competitive market, adapting to technological innovations and enhancing customer experiences.
