Perodua is looking at creating more interaction with its customers by being closer to them in sales, service and also after sales. This week they opened their very own sales outlet just a few kilometres away from the headquarters in Bukit Beruntung, Ulu Selangor.
Located right after the Bukit Beruntung toll plaza on the right hand side of the exit road, this sales outlet follows a new strategy of ‘Sales Dojo’ which is a new Perodua initiative to create a high standard of sales persons who will not only sell a new car but also look after the customer right throughout their Perodua ownership. This new 6660 sq feet showroom cost RM560,000 and it will also be used as a training base for staff that will be positioned at respective outlets throughout the country.
