Toyota Enhances Customer Experience With Relocation Of 3S Outlet In Kota Bharu

Toyota is adding more locations for its customers to enjoy great services

UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd (UMWT) has officially opened its newly relocated 3S (sales, services, and spare parts) centre at Lot 1352, Autocity Tunjong, Jalan Salor, Pasir Mas, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This move aims to enhance accessibility and upgrade services for Toyota customers in the region, reflecting Toyota’s commitment to meeting their automotive needs.

Syarikat Kelantan Motors Credit (M) Sdn Bhd, a valued partner of UMWT since 1970, has transitioned from its previous location at Lot 1696, Jalan Hospital, CBG 4 Cherang, Kg Cherang, to this more accessible site. This relocation is a testament to Toyota’s focus on continuously improving the customer experience. 

Moreover, the new 3S centre is strategically designed to accommodate the evolving needs of Toyota customers in Kota Bharu and its surroundings, providing easier access and superior services. Now customers in Kota Bharu also have one more location to visit thanks to this.
