Chery Launches New Glenmarie Dealership Expanding Its Presence In The Klang Valley
Chery is establishing a bigger presence in the Klang Valley once again
Chery Malaysia is excited to announce the grand opening of a new showroom and service centre in the Klang Valley, operated by its dealer partner, Joystar Auto Sdn Bhd. Located at Temasya Glenmarie, No. 1 & 3, Jalan Perintis U1/52, Glenmarie Seksyen U1 in Shah Alam, Selangor, this state-of-the-art 3S centre spans 3,090 square metres, offering a complete experience for customers, including vehicle viewing, customer service, and maintenance.
The new facility features a fully equipped service centre with nine service bays, all staffed by highly trained Chery technicians dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance and support. This investment reflects Chery’s commitment to enhancing customer experience and ensuring that vehicle owners receive exceptional service.
Moreover, Michael Chew, Vice President of Chery Auto Malaysia, emphasised the significance of the Glenmarie location, stating, “Glenmarie is not only centrally located in Selangor but also hosts many of the most renowned automotive brands. It is fitting for Chery, known for its legacy of innovation and technology, to establish its presence among the industry’s elite.”
He further noted that the new dealership symbolises Chery’s dedication to expanding its footprint in Malaysia. Chew also highlighted the brand’s mission to deliver a world-class customer experience for every Chery vehicle owner.
On top of that, he also stated, “By leveraging the region’s exceptional connectivity, we aim to reach a wider audience, from passionate car enthusiasts to families and professionals seeking reliable, high-quality vehicles. Our growth strategy is built on inclusivity and excellence.”
The launch event was attended by notable figures, including Frank Zhang, Managing Director of Joystar Auto Sdn Bhd, and Leo Chen, President of Chery Auto Malaysia, along with Chew. Their presence underscores the collaborative effort to strengthen Chery’s position in the Malaysian automotive market.
The Chery Glenmarie showroom is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) and from 10 AM to 5 PM on weekends and public holidays. The service centre operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Currently, Chery operates 52 dealerships throughout Malaysia, ensuring comprehensive support to meet the diverse needs of Chery customers across the country. With the opening of the Glenmarie centre, Chery is poised to enhance its service offerings and strengthen its community presence in the region.
