The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II Black Badge is here and it is stylish inside and out
Rolls-Royce’s Black Badge concept, epitomised by the Cullinan, represents the pinnacle of audacious luxury for clients seeking the boldest expressions of self. Today, the brand unveils the Black Badge Cullinan Series II, a definitive evolution of this amazing vehicle.
The Series II makes a commanding statement with its redesigned front-end treatment, featuring a distinctive lower air intake design with widened veins that emphasise its dynamic character. The iconic Pantheon grille, now illuminated for the first time on the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, sports a Black finish framed by a silver ‘horizon line’ to enhance its presence.
Moreover, clients can also opt for an all-black finish for a more discreet appearance. Every exterior detail, including the Spirit of Ecstasy figurine, is finished in Black, extending from window surrounds to door handles. Each piece is meticulously crafted by artisans, with multiple coats of Black paint and hand-polished to a high-gloss finish.
Special chrome electrolyte treatment gives the rear tailgate, bumper accents, and exhausts a mirror-black effect. This process involves precision polishing to achieve a flawless finish.
For the Series II, clients can extend exterior colours to lower body surfaces, enhancing its visual impact and creating a more dynamic silhouette of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II also debuts with 23-inch wheels featuring an intricate spoke design. These wheels showcase a unique interplay of polished, painted, and recessed surfaces, complemented by Black Badge disc brake callipers available in signature Red or other bespoke finishes.
On top of that, advanced materials continue to define Black Badge luxury, with Technical Carbon retained for Series II. This naked-weave carbon-fibre finish undergoes meticulous lacquering and hand-polishing, reflecting Rolls-Royce’s dedication to craftsmanship.
Interior options include the exclusive Duality Twill textile, inspired by the French Riviera’s bamboo grove, featuring intricate embroidery reflecting nautical influences. Perforated seating adds an abstract pattern reminiscent of twilight clouds over Goodwood, home of Rolls-Royce.
Darkened interior metals and bespoke clock cabinet with an up-lit Spirit of Ecstasy figurine further enhance Series II’s distinctive aesthetic. Under the hood, Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II retains the twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter V12 engine, delivering 600PS of power and 900Nm of torque, calibrated for immediate acceleration and responsiveness.
The Black Badge Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II represents a bold expression of individuality and luxury within the super-luxury sector, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to clients’ unique preferences and appreciation for uncompromising excellence.
