smart Malaysia has launched the Hello smart App prior to the reveal of their first all-electric vehicle here.
Pro-Net and smart Malaysia have been building up the excitement around the launch of the smart #1 for what feels like years now. Thankfully, the Mercedes-Benz and Geely electric baby is just a few months from being launched in Malaysia. In anticipation of this launch, smart Malaysia has introduced their Hello smart App, which is aimed at completing the digital smart customer experience.
The Hello smart App is available today for free to download from the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store and the Huawei App Gallery. The app uses an easy-to-navigate four tab layout which splits the experience up between Discover, Vehicle, e-Mall, and Profile.
Under the Discover tab, you’ll get the latest news, events, e-brochures and updates from the smart owner community.
The Vehicle tab gives you access to your cars real-time vehicle information, such as Battery Status, Charging Status, Driving Range, and Location. Remote vehicle functions are accessible here too. You can also personalize your car, estimate monthly payments, apply for loans, and book services here.
The e-Mall tab gives you a view of a virtual store for official smart merchandise, accessories an loyalty points that can be redeemed for exciting rewards. Finally, there’s the Profile tab, which summarizes all the app’s functions and offers personalization options.
Fully-Integrated Charging Map
The Hello smart App also features a live charging map and navigation system under the Vehicle tab. This allows owners to get real-time charging point information including the availability status of each publicly available charging point. 70% of public charging points in Malaysia are already integrated ahead of their first car launch here.
Customers can also set-up One-Stop Service Home Charging Solutions. This allows users to purchase and arrange appointments to install a home charging directly from smartCharge. More functions and features will be added soon with the first major app update scheduled for Q4 2023. Learn more here.
