BMW Premium Selection Malaysia now gets an improved warranty and aftersales package underwritten by Allianz.
BMW Group Malaysia has announced a new aftersales programme for customer of their used vehicles. BMW Premium Selection (BPS) vehicles in Malaysia are now available with the new BPS Worry-Free Package for an enhanced Premium Ownership Experience.
The BPS Worry-Free Package
Starting September 2023, BPS customers have the option to purchase a comprehensive 2-year warranty package, extending the existing 5-year warranty. This Extended Warranty Programme is underwritten by Allianz General Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd. This extended warranty programme ought to be especially useful to owners of BMW PHEV models, many of which may begin to go out of warranty soon.
BMW Service Inclusive Packages For 6th & 7th Year
The only requirement is that servicing continues to be done at local BMW Authorised Dealerships. BPS customers also have the option to purchase a BMW Service Inclusive (BSI) package from BMW Malaysia for BPS cars and this gives them servicing at authorised dealerships for their sixth and seventh year. Pricing for the BSI package starts at RM5,300.
BMW Premium Selection Official Website Coming
With car sales becoming increasingly digital both on the new and used side, BMW Group Malaysia are taking the initiative to introduce a new official site for BMW Premium Selection. The new site will feature a minimalist design, feature interactive elements, educational materials and information on owning a Certified Used battery electic vehicle.
The site, https://www.bmwpremiumselection.com.my/, will be live sometime later this year. It’s also unclear if the site will feature live stock availability to help guide potential customers to where the models they prefer are situated.
