The Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO is updated for the 2023 racing season.
The Toyota GR Supra GT4 has had loads of success as a customer race car across Japan, the US and Europe with over 100 podium finishes and 50+ class wins in major championships since its full racing season in 2020. Now, the race-spec Supra is being updated to stay competitive within the GT4 category. The new and improved ‘EVO’ model brings better braking, handling and engine performance.
Updates to the car come from on-track insights, user feedback and requests from customer teams and drivers as well as Toyota GAZOO Racing engineers. Key hardware changes include an improved brake system design, new ABS settings, the latest KW damper technology, and updated anti-roll bar specifications. In terms of tuning, the 3.0L engine now has an optimised torque curve. Cooling for the motor has also been improved.
The Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO will debut in January 2023 at the 24 Hours of Daytona. Customers can begin to order the vehicle by the end of this month. An upgrade kit for existing GR Supra GT4 customers will also be available.
