EMOS Expands Kawasaki Service Network With 7 New Dealers

20 more will be added by next year

Newly-appointed distributor of Kawasaki motorcycles in Malaysia, Edaran Modenas Sdn Bhd (EMOS) recently announced that it has added seven new service dealers to its network. With this expansion, which sees the addition of a new dealer in Sabah and several new dealers in the Central and Northern regions, EMOS now has 20 service dealers across the country.

As previously announced, EMOS through its authorised dealers will provide aftersales services, distribute spare parts and accessories, and handle technical related matters including recalls. The company also said that it plans to introduce expand the model lineup and open more Kawasaki showrooms in the future.

This was confirmed by Kashiwagi Yusaku, Chief Marketing Officer of Modenas, who said that EMOS will add 20 more Kawasaki dealers by next year to conclude the company’s plan towards its customer base in Malaysia.

Meanwhile, Roslan Roskan, Chief Executive Officer of Modenas said the company is pleased to have former Kawasaki distributor KMSB Solutions Sdn Bhd as one of the Kawasaki aftersales support teams in the Central region.

“They certainly have the upper hand by having the in-depth experience and knowledge in handling Kawasaki models from being the former Kawasaki motorcycle distributor in Malaysia. By this we can assure of a sustained continuity in catering towards the Kawasaki owners’ needs and growth and of the brand nationwide,” he added.
