All-New Ford Ranger Will Be Shown On 24 November 2021

We get a reveal date for the all-new Ford Ranger pick-up truck.

It’s no secret that Ford Motor Co is making a new Ranger. They’ve already teased the vehicle in full camouflaged twice. Once in a short video and once more while it was being tested off-road in the United States. Now the company has given pick-up enthusiasts a definite date to look forward to: 24 November 2021. It’s likely the next-generation Volkswagen Amarok will be based on this vehicle, but we’ve not seen VW post any teasers of the next Amarok yet.

The announcement of the launch date comes with the first teaser of the new Ford Ranger’s daytime running light graphic. It looks like the new Ranger will be a lot more futuristic and muscular than the vehicle it replaces. An angular shape with a broad, flat front end will characterise the new Ranger’s face, while C-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights frame the front headlights.

It’s definitely a big departure from the familiar Ranger T6 look. Instead, it looks like it falls somewhere between the all-new US-only Ford Maverick and larger, more capable F-150. We’re excited to see how Ford has upped the game in this segment, as Japanese pick-up brands have clearly closed the gap over the last few years. A good example is with Isuzu and their new award-winning D-Max X-Terrain.

Here’s the press release with more.

With a rugged new Built Ford Tough look, and a host of new features that boost productivity, capability and versatility, the next-generation Ranger is designed to go more places, work harder and offer more comfort and refinement than ever before.
