Though darkened, the images give us a rather clear look at the exterior design of the Santa Cruz, which is dubbed as a ‘sport adventure vehicle’. As you can see, the front end is very similar to that of the Tucson, with daytime running lights that blend seamlessly into the parametric grille.

From the side, the Santa Cruz appears sleeker and more streamlined than most pickup trucks on the market, thanks to the sloping C-pillar and prominent character line that stretches from the base of the A-pillar to the back.

At the back, the personality of truck is further highlighted by the presence of the hammer-shaped LED tail lights and model name emblazoned across the tailgate.

Hyundai has yet to provide technical details of the Santa Cruz, but the company says the truck has an open bed that provides “diverse gear-carrying flexibility”.
