Driving with too many passengers can lead to an increased risk of accidents as it upsets the balance of the vehicle. Not only that, an overloaded car carries a greater momentum when driven at speed and there is a chance that the brakes might not be up to the task when the time comes.
Also, cramming people into a car means not everyone will get to wear a seatbelt and those who do not are more likely to be ejected from the vehicle in an event of a crash. Here’s a gruesome reminder why one should not overload their vehicle.
