As such, they’re expanding their dealer network. A new Nissan 3S centre was opened up on the east coast under Edaran Nuri (here). This latest showroom/service centre carries the company’s Nissan Retail Concept corporate identity.
It has 12,260 square feet of built up area, can display 5 cars, has 3 service bays that can take in 15 cars a day. They’ve even got a delivery bay for customers accepting delivery of their new Nissans.
Free Wi-fi, a kids’ play area and other cafe-styled ameneties are provided.

Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd today has officially launched another new Nissan 3S centre guided by the Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan with its newly appointed dealer, Edaran Nuri Sdn Bhd.
The new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) centre offers an improved customer experience and journey of Nissan brand. The new exterior with iconic red Nissan tablet signage provides a bold impression, while the exciting ‘Nissan Drive’ sales and consultation areas greet customers with warmth and comfort. An exclusive delivery bay is also enhanced to celebrate the special moment with excitement when customers receive their vehicles.
Edaran Nuri Sdn Bhd new 3S centre is located at Lot 6621, KM10, Jalan Pasir Puteh Pasir Tumboh, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, and covers a total built-up area of 12,260 square feet with capability to display 5 Nissan models and 3 service bays for after-sales service that can accommodate up to 15 vehicles per day. Additional facilities such as a café-styled customer lounge, FREE Wi-Fi connectivity, and fun kids’ area are provided for customer and their family to enjoy.

In line with government standard operating procedure to curb Covid-19, Nissan showrooms and service centres will practise temperature checking and social distancing for all staff and customers. Nissan staff will be wearing face mask, while face masks, gloves and hand sanitizers will also be freely available to customers. Frequent disinfecting will be carried out at the showrooms and service centres throughout the day covering every touch point including display and test drive vehicles, as well as all customer vehicles before and after service. During this period, contactless payments are encouraged.

Saturday – Thursday (including public holiday): 8.30am – 5.30pm
Friday: 8.30am – 12.30pm, and 2.30pm – 5.30pm
