Selected MODENAS Service Centres Resume Operations

Following the recent statement issued by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) allowing certain businesses under the automotive industry to resume operations, MODENAS has announced that it will reopen its service centres at selected branches.

The resumption of MODENAS after sales operations will be subject to the Covid-19 pandemic standard operating procedures (SOPs) as instructed by MITI. This includes shorter hours, limited staffing and adhering to preventive measures such as social distancing and observing hygienic practices.

The service centres that will be open for business are as follows:

  • MODENAS Subang Service Centre, Selangor
  • MODENAS Ipoh Service Centre, Perak
  • MODENAS Gurun Service Centre, Kedah
  • MODENAS Kuantan Service Centre, Pahang

Beginning today (20 April 2020), these selected centres will open twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, from 10 am to 3 pm.

The centres will service customers only by appointment. All MODENAS customers are welcome to book their appointment online via http://bit.ly/mcobookaservice or http://bit.ly/jomservis. Customers can also send a WhatsApp Message to MODENAS Careline at 019-570 8135.

Customers will then be contacted by the respective branches to confirm the available date and time slot. These service centres will only be accepting the appointments on a first-come-first served basis.

This approach is taken to limit the number of customers entering these premises and to practice safe social distancing. All customers will be advised to put on face mask before entering the premise and their body temperature will be checked.
