Toyo NanoEnergy 3 is the latest tyre from the Japanese tyre manufacturer. It was developed using Toyo Nano Balance Technology to help reduce tyre wear while improving comfort and fuel economy.
The new tread compound adopts a low rolling resistance grip polymer that’s been blended with silica and carbon for a balance of wet and dry performance. The new tyre’s ribs and grooves have been given wide straight grooves, Silent Wall and 3D multi wave sipes for better resistance to aquaplaning, noise and uneven tyre wear. While the tyre concentrates mainly on efficiency, it too has performance attributes with its high-hardness ply-coat stock and bead filler. The new Toyo NanoEnergy 3 tyre represents a new direction for Toyo Tyre Malaysia as the company looks to a more econological direction.
