At the launch of the new Triton Quest and updated Triton product lineup yesterday, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia also took the opportunity to show us what they’d been working on with their dealers: their new visual identity.
This global ‘corporate identity’ was first unveiled to the world sometime last year. It promises to bring the spirit of their ‘drive your ambition’ tagline to customers through a high-quality retail environment.
It’s a predominantly black design, with some black and grey and lots of red accents thrown in. Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia have already started to roll this out with dealers like Ingress Motors in Shah Alam and Premium Century.
The ‘Dynamic Slope’ is a major design feature of this new showroom look. As is the red accent lighting at night.
Guillaume Cartier, Senior VP of Global Marketing and Sales: “Our brand is evolving and we need to reflect this in each and every customer touch point. So we are implementing the new dealer identity to ensure that the customers can experience a consistent Mitsubishi-ness including look & feel, and service quality of Mitsubishi Motors wherever they are in the world.”
The new visual identity extends to the interior of the dealerships too, where wood flooring and grey furniture are featured. Convenient waiting areas are present throughout.
