Boon Siew Honda has unveiled the updated CB250R and CRF250 Rally bikes. The former launched into the Malaysian market in June 2018 while the latter was introduced earlier in August 2017.
CB250R (RM22,999 – RM23,499)
Inspired by the Neo Sports Cafe concept bike, the CB250R’s trademark round headlight is now matched by the Showa front forks in a new bronze finish.
It will be available in three colours – Candy Chromosphere Red, Graphic Black and Mat Crypton Silver Metallic. The red option, which costs RM500 more, comes with bronze-coloured wheels.
Standard equipment fitted into the CB250R include full LED lighting, fully digital LCD instrument panel, adjustable rear suspension as well as a 10.1-liter fuel tank.
CRF250 Rally (RM26,999)
The dual-sport motorcycle now comes with a new stripe design inspired by the latest CRF450 Rally Dakar racer. There are two colour options namely Extreme Red and Black.
The CRF250 Rally is powered by a 249 cc, liquid-cooled single-cylinder DOHC engine that makes 24.4 hp at 8,500 rpm and 22.6 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm.
43-mm telescopic front forks, Prolink rear monoshock, 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels, floating front disc and switchable ABS are some of the standard equipment available on this bike.
