CEO of Rolls-Royce, Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes recently commented that the company might have to stop production if even a single component was made unavailable due to Brexit.
Despite the differences in Rolls-Royce production system, the company still relies on parts being available within a day of actual production.
There are contingencies being put in place for a no-deal Brexit, but with only 8% of the roughly 32,000 parts the company uses coming from local suppliers, things don’t look great.
