Lamborghini showed their new supercar, the Huracan to its most important customers in the past few months and the preview tour is still on worldwide for its VIP clients. The latest Huracan LP610-4 is the successor of the Lamborghini Gallardo, which was in production for 10 years. During that period, Lamborghini sold 14,022 Gallardos. The fighting bull Huracán of the Spanish Conte de la Patilla breed was known for his outstanding courage and strong sense of attack. He fought in Alicante in August 1879, showing his unrelenting character and remaining defiant and invincible, thus entering into the legend of fighting bulls’ history.
The new Lamborghini Huracan promises to continue the success that the company had with the Gallardo. The Huracan is powered by the same 5.2-liter V10 engine found on the Gallardo that generates 610 hp and a maximum torque of 560 Nm. With these figures, the Huracan can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, to 200 km/h in 9.9 seconds and has a top speed of over 320 km/h. This brand new Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 will be showcased next month at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The Huracán is produced at the Automobili Lamborghini headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese on an entirely newly-equipped production line.
