Decades ago, the U.K. produced some really awesome roadsters. They looked great, were rear-wheel drive with enough power and low weight. But by the time I was born, most of the brands involved had shut down, and Mazda had effectively made a superior, more liveable product called the MX-5/Miata. I grew up not even seeing posters of the older legendary drop top roadsters.
So, it comes as no surprise that when I see a car like this on the road, my brain just can’t place it. My first reaction is: “Is that an AC Cobra?”
But thanks to Google, I think I’ve narrowed it down to either an Austin Healey 100 or 3000. There are too many variants of both models for me to make an accurate guess. But any enthusiasts, please feel free to give me your thought on what this might actually be.
