Sometimes you need to look at Diesel Power with Luxury

SUVs have become the defacto bodystyle for many car buyers. They offer a more comfortable driving position, superior visibility and more usable interior space than your typical sedan or hatchback without costing much more. While Malaysians have lots of options, very few hit the sweet spot quite like the Hyundai Tucson 2.0 CRDi.

Premium Design

This generation of Tucson is incredibly good looking for a car of its price. Hyundai’s designers have married the dramatic curves often found in Italian cars with the clean lines that characterise German automotive design.

The exterior is just as functional as it is beautiful. You get LED headlights to go with the Daytime Running Lights. Plus, when you take corners and turns, the Static Bending Lights illuminate the area automatically illuminate the area.

Durability, efficiency and performance

With 400Nm of torque available at just 1750 rpm, you can expect easy acceleration at any speed. And like most diesels, it’s extremely efficient in both city and highway driving.

To withstand the high compression, engineers often make diesel motors with tougher components. And given that it’s paired to a proven, conventional 6-speed automatic, you know you’ve got yourself something that’ll last generations.

Safety and Convenience

Perhaps the best reasons to buy a new car is just how safe and pampering they’ve become over the years. The new Tucson is exemplary in this regard. More than half of the material used in the body is Advanced High Strength Steel, mostly around the passenger compartment. Additionally, the Tucson comes with 6 airbags and Active Headrests – which measure the size of occupants and move in a way that maximises protection in the event of a collision.

You also get a large Android-powered infotainment unit, giving you access to apps like Spotify, Waze and Google Maps.

Priced Right

For the amount of equipment that you are getting in the Tucson 2.0 CRDi, its asking price of RM147,888.00 with zero GST is actually rather reasonable. What’s more, service maintenance for the first 3-years/50,000km is free, making it a rather affordable vehicle to run. But this high-value offer is time-sensitive.
