Cycle & Carriage offers a deal that Mercedes-Benz fans simply cannot refuse
Okay, this is the last time I will be talking about the ongoing electric vehicle (EV) price wars here in Malaysia for today. I may sound like a broken record but growing up in a generation so devoid of any hope given how inflation and prices go up repeatedly while wages stagnate makes me exceptionally happy to see prices finally go down again after decades of only going up.
While we all know that EV ownership in Malaysia is still a rich man’s game, the fact that automakers are dropping prices to all time lows means that at the end of the day, EV ownership is finally no longer going to be far too expensive to justify. The latest name to drop prices is Cycle & Carriage Malaysia with its certified pre-owned 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQA 250.
Moreover, it is currently unclear how long we can enjoy this but Cycle & Carriage is currently offering huge discounts of up to RM35,000 for the EQA 250, pushing prices down from RM180,000 to just over RM160,000. This deal is even better than buying a new EV and anyone looking to buy a luxurious EV will definitely think twice now.
With its sleek design, advanced tech and the prestige that comes with the Mercedes-Benz badge, the EQA 250 is definitely an intriguing choice for a wider audience. At this reduced price, it undercuts many new EVs on the market, making it a much better buy for those who want to go electric without compromising on style or performance.
On top of that, I will once again highlight the fact that when a price war breaks out, the buyers are the winners. For so long, we Malaysians have had to deal with prices that do not match the quality of cars we have in Malaysia and U.S President, Donald Trump throwing tariffs around is actually indirectly a good thing for the automotive market in Malaysia.
