From the road to the track, celebrate 15 years of iconic with Porsche Malaysia
Not many automakers can boast having a car in their lineup that someone from every age group and background can dream of owning but then again, Porsche has always been a different breed. From the iconic 911 dominating the roads and racetracks to the capable Cayenne tackling off-road courses and everything in between, Porsche has a car for everyone.

Now, Porsche Malaysia, represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance, is celebrating its 15th anniversary in Malaysia in style with a special event from 11 to 13 April 2025 at the concourse on the ground floor of The Exchange TRX. The milestone event showcases Porsche’s legacy in Malaysia, highlighted by the debut of the latest generation 992.2 911 Carrera and more.
Moreover, since its establishment in 2010, Porsche Malaysia has expanded from a single dealership at Porsche Centre Glenmarie to four locations across the country. Porsche also has a multitude of models like the Taycan and Cayenne S E-Hybrid on display so fans can treat their eyes while going through the brand’s history in Malaysia.

A major highlight of the event is the display of the Sime Motors Racing Team’s 911 GT3 Cup Car, representing Porsche’s enduring motorsport DNA and participation in the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia. The celebration also reflects Porsche Malaysia’s significant achievements, including the launch of Southeast Asia’s first local assembly plant for Porsche vehicles.
Established in 2022, this facility also produces the locally assembled Cayenne, with prices starting at RM599,999. The latest model, the Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupé, was introduced in July 2024 and marked Porsche’s first vehicle export from Malaysia to Thailand and on the sustainability front, Porsche built a high-performance charging network with Shell.

On top of that, this cross-border EV infrastructure spans from Singapore to Thailand, with 360 kW chargers enabling fast, efficient charging for vehicles like the Taycan. Exclusive benefits, including lower tariffs and extended reservation times, are offered to Porsche EV owners, so hurry up and take advantage of these goodies while you can.
To mark its 15th year of accelerating dreams in Malaysia, Porsche is also offering customers who book a Taycan or Macan a special 11-kW Mobile Charger. Additionally, the Porsche 360 Financing programme provides flexible ownership options with guaranteed future value.

The highlight of the celebration though is the launch of the new 992.2 generation 911 Carrera and Carrera 4 GTS, now available in Malaysia from RM1,430,000 and RM 1,890,000 respectively. The 911 GTS introduces a T-Hybrid system, redefining high-performance with a blend of power and efficiency.
