Nissan Malaysia team excels at ASEAN Aftersales Competition
Nissan Malaysia has demonstrated outstanding aftersales expertise at the recent ASEAN regional competition, winning first place in the technical category and securing third position in customer service excellence.
The NIssan Service TEchnical Competency (NISTEC) and NIssan Service Advisor Competency (NISAC) competitions for 2024/2025 were hosted at the Nissan Motor Thailand Training Centre, bringing together top aftersales professionals from across the ASEAN region.
Malaysian Excellence on the Regional Stage
The Malaysian team from Tan Chong Motor dominated the technical competition, earning first place in the NISTEC category. This achievement highlights their exceptional skill in diagnosing and repairing Nissan vehicles with precision and efficiency. Additionally, the team secured the second runner-up position in the NISAC category, showcasing their strength in customer engagement and personalized service recommendations.

Elite Competition Among ASEAN Markets
Participants from five ASEAN markets competed in this prestigious event, including Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Each market was represented by one NISTEC participant and one NISAC participant, all of whom had already proven their excellence by winning their respective National Skill Contests.
