Road Closures in Klang Valley for President Xi Jinping’s Visit (15-17 April 2025)
Malaysian motorists, take note! In conjunction with the official visit of His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) will implement a series of full road closures and diversions across the Klang Valley from 15 to 17 April 2025.

The Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) has announced that 17 major routes will be affected during this period. Road closures will typically last between 30 to 45 minutes to allow the presidential delegation safe passage before reopening to the public.

To ensure smooth operations, approximately 378 police officers will be deployed to manage traffic, escort VIPs, and enforce road regulations throughout the event.
