The Toyota Crown Estate may be a nice option for the family man who prefers a hybrid
While many automakers have been shifting focus to fully electrifying their lineups, Toyota has always held strong to the belief that hybrids were the way to go, not electric. Sadly, many automakers have been seeing mixed results with their EV ventures but Toyota has been steadily seeing success with its hybrids.

So now, after the success of the Crossover, Sport and Sedan models, Toyota has unveiled the fourth body style for its Crown model, the Estate. This new addition is designed for those seeking a dynamic, stylish, and functional vehicle that complements an active lifestyle. Offering both elegance and versatility, the Crown Estate appeals to a wide range of customers
Moreover, featuring both passive hybrid and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrains, both with a 2.5-litre engine at the heart, for enhanced performance and sustainability, the Toyota Crown Estate is just perfect for anyone on the fence when it comes to switching over to electric. It also features a sleek and sophisticated exterior, built on the GA-K platform.

Inside, the Toyota Crown Estate also features a sophisticated layout designed to maximize comfort and convenience. The vehicle adopts island architecture, with a horizontal arrangement of meter displays that reduces eye movement, ensuring drivers can embark on long-distance journeys with ease.
On top of that, designed with adventure in mind, the Toyota Crown Estate provides impressive luggage space. It offers 570 liters of storage with the rear seats up, and an expansive 1,470 liters with the seats folded down. Additionally, the Estate introduces a new luggage extension board mechanism that creates a completely flat 2-meter-long space.

The Crown Estate also comes equipped with practical features such as a pull-out deck chair and table, designed to enhance the full-flat deck experience. These items provide added comfort during car camping or outdoor activities, and they can be easily stored inside the vehicle when not in use.
The Crown Estate’s suspension system is designed to deliver precise steering and a high-quality ride, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey for both the driver and passengers. With custom settings for the Dynamic Rear Suspension (DRS) and Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), the vehicle offers improved damping force and reduced friction, enhancing ride comfort.

So what do you think of the Toyota Crown Estate? I think a lot of people here in Malaysia will appreciate how much more accessible it is compared to fully electric cars.
