Shell Malaysia is thrilled to announce the launch of its New and Improved Shell FuelSave Diesel in Peninsular Malaysia, following its successful debut in East Malaysia. This new diesel formulation is Shell’s most fuel-efficient yet, promising drivers up to 19km more per tank, offering better and longer journeys on the road.
Seow Lee Ming, General Manager of Mobility Malaysia, emphasized that Shell’s mission is to provide greater value to Malaysians. “As the nation navigates the changes brought about by the fuel subsidy rationalization, the New + Improved Shell FuelSave Diesel is a practical solution,” she said.
Moreover, she adds, “It allows drivers to go further with every tank, supporting them in urban, rural, and even more demanding terrains like the hills of Cameron Highlands or the muddy trails of Terengganu.”
The new formulation is the result of over five years of research and development, conducted by 150 dedicated scientists. The outcome is a diesel that not only lasts longer but also provides enhanced engine protection and fuel efficiency.
Some of the key benefits of the New + Improved Shell FuelSave Diesel include extended mileage. Get up to 19km more per tank, so you can drive further with each fill-up, as well as engine cleaning. The fuel deeply cleans engines, removing up to 65 percent of harmful deposits and protecting against future build-up.
On top of that, the New + Improved Shell FuelSave Diesel also offers deposit protection. Shell has introduced a double-action additive that targets and removes harmful engine deposits, ensuring long-lasting protection.
