Bhd. has solidified its leadership in the vehicle inspection sector by achieving the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) certification, a significant milestone that demonstrates its ability to maintain operational continuity in the face of disruptions or disasters.
Awarded by SIRIM QAS International, this certification confirms that PUSPAKOM is well-prepared to ensure its operations remain uninterrupted under unforeseen circumstances, securing the trust of its customers and stakeholders. PUSPAKOM is proud to be the first company within the DRB-HICOM Group to receive this prestigious certification, marking a significant achievement in its journey.
Moreover, this ISO 22301:2019 certification also represents the sixth ISO certification the company has earned, further showcasing its commitment to maintaining the highest standards in operational resilience and customer service.

In addition to the ISO certification, PUSPAKOM has been proactive in enhancing its services by implementing the e-Invoicing system ahead of the mandatory national rollout deadline of 1 August 2024.
On top of that, the company introduced the e-Invoicing system on 25 July 2024, well before the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) set deadline, further demonstrating PUSPAKOM’s dedication to providing efficient and transparent services for its customers.
