See the new Tesla Model Y yourself at Pavilion Damansara Heights now
The new and improved Tesla Model Y, the world’s best selling electric vehicle (EV) is now on display in Malaysia and this is your chance to see it in person. The exclusive launch series of the Model Y is now available for viewing at Pavilion Damansara Heights until 2 March 2025 and Mid Valley Southkey from 19 February to 23 February 2025.
The new Model Y comes with a range of distinct and exclusive features, including a customized launch badge on the rear, puddle light badge and a door sill plate with the words “Launch Series” on it. What’s more, the interior also gets a fresh touch with a special launch design for the center charging console, complete with silver accents and an all-black vegan suede interior trim as well.
Moreover, one of the standout features of the new Tesla Model Y is its futuristic design. The EV SUV now sports a light bar at the front of the car that runs the length of the vehicle and the industry-first indirect reflective body panel tail light, both inspired by the Cybertruck and Cybercab. Is this going to eb Tesla’s new signature design language in all other models too?
The new Model Y also introduces the stunning ‘Glacier Blue’ paint option, helping your car stand even more. Tesla has also focused on enhancing cabin comfort and overall performance. The new Model Y features a quieter cabin thanks to double-layer glass for all windows and an enhanced panoramic glass roof that now reduces UV rays and heat by 7 times better than before.
The redesigned wheels and rear diffuser also minimize air resistance, optimizing the lift balance between the front and rear wheels, resulting in a quieter, more stable, and highly efficient driving experience at high speeds. Inside, the new Model Y retains signature features like ambient lighting, ventilated front seats and a second-row 8-inch touchscreen display for passengers.
On top of that, from the front bumper to the taillight, the exterior of the new Model Y has been completely redesigned to optimize aerodynamic efficiency, maximizing range on every charge. Tesla also has 14 Supercharging Stations, 64 Superchargers and 15 Destination Charging Stations, ensuring convenient access to fast charging for all Tesla owners in the country.
The new Tesla Model Y is available in two variants, namely the rear-wheel drive and long range models, with prices starting from RM 195,450 for the former and RM 242,450 for the latter variants. The Launch Series is available for a limited time as well.
