Ford owners in Penang now have a location that meets global standards to visit
Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (Auto ConneXion), the exclusive distributor of Ford in Malaysia, has officially opened its largest Ford 3S showroom in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. This new showroom represents a significant investment of RM16.6 million, further strengthening Auto ConneXion’s presence in the Northern region.
This development is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences for Ford enthusiasts in Malaysia. Spanning 46,000 square feet, the new showroom is designed to offer seamless comfort and quality service. Customers are greeted by a concierge upon arrival and the welcoming interior ensures a relaxing space to enjoy the Ford experience.
Moreover, with a focus on efficiency, digital tools streamline processes from vehicle inquiries to after sales services, enhancing the overall customer journey. The showroom also features Ford’s Digital Sales Tools, making the interaction process more engaging and efficient. Staffed by 38 highly trained sales and aftersales consultants, customers can expect top-tier service aligned with Ford’s global standards.
Designed in accordance with Ford’s Signature identity, the showroom also provides a customer-centric environment with six display vehicles, a dedicated vehicle delivery room and 16 service bays for maintenance and repair needs.
A spare parts center further supports the facility’s comprehensive service offerings, reflecting Auto ConneXion’s commitment to accessibility and customer satisfaction. Located at Lot 6984, Jalan Baru, Mukim 1, 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang, the showroom operates from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday, and from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
On top of that, after Sales services are available from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on weekdays and 8.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays. In addition, Auto ConneXion has opened a 28,000 square foot Body & Paint Centre just seven kilometers away. This center offers comprehensive services, including vehicle body repairs, spray painting, windscreen replacement and polishing.
