BYD service centres are also equipped with specialised tools for EV maintenance, ensuring vehicles receive top-tier service. While their vehicles are being serviced, customers can enjoy a premium lounge experience, complete with comfortable seating and workspaces.
For body repairs, BYD provides professional services at their B&P centres, where trained technicians use state-of-the-art equipment to restore vehicles to pristine condition, adhering to original manufacturer standards.
On top of that, the company’s service excellence is driven by a team of certified High Voltage (HV) technicians who undergo extensive training to maintain 100 percent certification. These professionals are equipped to deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services, ensuring the longevity and performance of BYD vehicles.
To further enhance customer satisfaction, Sime Motors offers comprehensive warranty packages, including 6 years or 150,000 km for the vehicle, 8 years or 160,000 km for the battery (with replacement if the State of Health falls below 70 percent), and 8 years or 150,000 km for the drive unit.
What’s more, flexible Service Packages, available in 3, 6 and 8-year options, provide customers with tailored care to suit varying needs. These packages lock in current service prices, offering protection against inflation while ensuring expert care for optimal vehicle performance.
