Zeekr is officially entering the Malaysian market with the launch of its all-electric Zeekr X compact SUV. With prices starting at RM180,000, the Zeekr X aims to attract eco-conscious drivers looking for performance and technology in a compact package. The booking fee for this model is RM2,000, making it an accessible option for many.
Officially distributed by Sentinel Automotive Sdn Bhd, the Zeekr X is designed for global markets and is available in two variants: the Premium and the Flagship AWD. The Flagship AWD variant features dual motors that generate an impressive 422hp, allowing the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.
Moreover, this remarkable performance positions the Zeekr X among the fastest electric SUVs in its segment. For those opting for the Premium variant, it comes equipped with a single rear motor producing 268hp allowing for a century sprint time of 5.6 seconds. Both variants are powered by a 66 kWh battery that enables rapid charging from 10 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes with 150 kW DC charging capabilities.
Safety is a priority for Zeekr, as reflected in the Zeekr X’s 5-star Euro NCAP rating. It boasts an extensive suite of safety features, including seven airbags, a 360° camera, and a digital video recorder.
