Mitsubishi Celebrates Selling 40,000 Xpander Models
This reaffirms the Mitsubishi Xpander as Malaysia’s number 1 non-national MPV
Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, has proudly reached a landmark achievement with the production of 40,000 Mitsubishi Xpander units in the country. This milestone is not just a number but a reflection of the significant impact the Xpander has made in the Malaysian automotive market.
To celebrate this remarkable accomplishment, MMM honoured the 40,000th Xpander owner in a special event that underscores the company’s commitment to its customers and their satisfaction. To mark this significant occasion, MMM concluded a month-long campaign designed to celebrate this production milestone.
Moreover, the highlight of the campaign was the presentation of a RM10,000 travel voucher to the fortunate 40,000th Xpander owner, Puan Zaty Ewany. Puan Zaty, a dedicated teacher and a mother of five from Selising Pasir Puteh, Kelantan, was the lucky recipient. The handover of her brand-new Xpander took place at RIF Auto Sdn Bhd, one of MMM’s authorised dealerships, making the event even more special for Puan Zaty.
At the ceremony, Shinya Ikeda, CEO of MMM, delivered an inspiring speech reflecting on the company’s journey with the Xpander. He shared, “When we launched the Xpander in late 2020, our vision was to introduce a vehicle that not only met a diverse range of customer needs but also added value to their lifestyles.”
On top of that, he added, “Reaching the milestone of 40,000 units is more than just a number; it signifies our dedication to providing high-quality vehicles that resonate with our customers. Your trust and encouragement have been crucial to our success, and we are deeply appreciative of your ongoing support.”
