Isuzu Introduces Insurance Pro For Owners In Malaysia

Navigating the world of vehicle insurance can often feel like solving a complex puzzle, with more questions arising than clear answers. It’s not uncommon for vehicle owners to realise, only when they need to file a claim or seek assistance, that they should have been more diligent in understanding their insurance policy’s details.
Enter Isuzu Insurance Pro, a new initiative by Isuzu Malaysia designed to demystify the insurance process and provide vehicle owners with a comprehensive, transparent coverage option. This innovative insurance policy is tailored specifically for Isuzu vehicles, offering robust protection for both the vehicles and their drivers.
Moreover, Isuzu Insurance Pro is available for all Isuzu vehicles, including new purchases and renewals. It stands out by offering extensive coverage and a range of premium benefits designed to enhance the Isuzu ownership experience.
According to Mr. Shunsuke Okazoe, Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia, “By introducing Isuzu Insurance Pro, we have created a one-stop solution for our customers. The policy’s numerous benefits ensure that our owners receive targeted, speedy, and convenient protection, customised exclusively for Isuzu vehicles.”
On top of that, the policy is underwritten by a panel of five major insurance and takaful companies, covering all D-Max models and the full spectrum of Isuzu’s light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks, including the ELF, FORWARD, and GIGA series, as well as prime movers.
One of the key features of Isuzu Insurance Pro is its streamlined claims process, with rapid approvals for claims under RM20,000.00. The policy also offers unlimited free 300km round-trip towing for D-Max models and three free 100km round-trip tows for ELF models.
What’s more, additional benefits include comprehensive driver coverage, flood relief assistance, key-loss coverage, and motor personal accident protection up to RM10,000.00 for both policyholders and authorised drivers. Further advantages include 24/7 roadside assistance, a decade of betterment and excess exemption, and agreed value coverage for up to 10 years for D-Max vehicles and the first year for Isuzu trucks.
All claims processed under the Isuzu Insurance Pro programme will be fulfilled with genuine Isuzu parts, provided the vehicles are taken to authorised Isuzu service centres. Isuzu Insurance Pro will be available exclusively through authorised Isuzu dealers starting 5 August 2024. To encourage early adoption, initial subscribers will receive a special gift of exclusive Isuzu Insurance Pro merchandise.
