Citroën Basalt Confirmed For Malaysian Launch

Stellantis Malaysia has hinted that this all new Citroën Basalt coupe will be launched in Malaysia as the new Citroën brand revival vehicle.
It will be before Christmas 2024 and there will a variety of attractive colours available. The Basalt with the same 1.2-litre turbo petrol powered 3-cylinder engine as seen with the C3 Aircross. This engine will come mated to a six-speed manual and an automatic torque converter unit with a power output of 109bhp and 205Nm of torque.
The Basalt will come loaded with automatic climate control, auto-dimming IRVM, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless smartphone connectivity (including wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto) and a digital instrument panel.
