Chery Malaysia Celebrates The Grand Opening Of Seremban Outlet
With the new Seremban outlet, Chery customers now have 1 more location to visit
Chery Malaysia is thrilled to announce the grand opening of a new showroom and service centre in Negeri Sembilan, operated by its dealer-partner Taycn Kredit Sdn Bhd. This momentous event was celebrated with a formal launch attended by the dealership’s existing customers. Now we have one more Chery location to aid customers in Malaysia.
The new 4S centre is strategically located at Lot 2413, Pekan Rahang Baru, Jalan Tampin, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Spanning 1,317 square metres, the centre offers a comprehensive range of services, including vehicle viewing, customer service, and maintenance. It features a fully equipped service centre with four service bays, staffed by highly trained Chery technicians dedicated to providing top-notch service.
Moreover, since its initial opening in 2023, the Chery Seremban dealership has become an integral part of the dynamic and expanding community, catering to both local residents and commuters travelling between Kuala Lumpur and Negeri Sembilan for work.
During the grand opening, Chery Malaysia’s Network Director, Soon Boon Ping, expressed gratitude towards Taycn Kredit Sdn Bhd for their steadfast partnership. “Since Chery Seremban’s soft launch last year, Taycn Kredit Sdn Bhd has been a valuable partner to Chery, and we deeply appreciate their continued support,” Soon remarked.
In a celebratory gesture, Soon, along with Khoo Kim Hong, Managing Director of Taycn Kredit Sdn Bhd, also led a convoy of Chery owners from the WCWL (With Chery, With Love) group around Seremban. This event highlighted the close-knit community of Chery enthusiasts and the dealership’s commitment to fostering a strong customer relationship.
On top of that, Soon further emphasised the significance of the new showroom, saying, “Chery Seremban is crucial in addressing the state’s growing automotive demands and complements our existing Chery Nilai operations, which commenced in May. This expansion further solidifies Chery’s presence in Negeri Sembilan.”
The showroom operates daily, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sundays. The service centre is open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Currently, Chery maintains two showrooms, two service centres, and a body and paint outlet in Negeri Sembilan, ensuring comprehensive support for its customers throughout the state.
