GWM Invites YOU To Test Drive The Tank 300 Off-Road This Weekend
GWM Malaysia invites the public to experience the Tank 300 this weekend on an off-road adventure.
Last week, we sent the team to try out the all-new GWM Tank 300 on an off-road test drive. The test drive impressed Joshua Chin and you can read his full drive impressions of the vehicle here. We know there’s a lot of excitement behind this car launch and even have an article about why it’s probably the most interesting car launch in Malaysia for the year. Well, if you are one of the many Malaysians who are looking to try one out and see what all the buzz is about, you’re in luck as GWM Malaysia has opened the same off-road test drives of the Tank 300 to the public.
The off-road test drive session for the public will take place this weekend on the 20th and 21st of July 2024 at the 4WD training and experience centre known as M4TREC in Seminyih, Selangor. You will have to fill out an online form which you can access by scanning the QR code in the cover photo of this article or clicking here. You can rest assured that spots for the test drive will be lapped up quickly so don’t put off registration to the last minute!
Even if you’re not that interested in actually buying a Tank 300, there’s a few reasons to sign up for the off-road drive experience. It’s pretty rare for a car company to open an off-road session to the public for free and you’ll probably not get another chance to experience this sort of adventure on a car company’s tab. Obstacles on the course include the Log Bridge, Axle Twister, Ridge Crossing, Log Track, Hill Descent and Hill Climb to name a few. You’ll also be given training from expert instructors to tackle rugged terrain, so definitely one of the few auto events you should sign up for if you’ve always been curious about off-roading. Plus you’ll even receive an exclusive piece of GWM merchandise should you participate.
Off course, the whole point of this test drive activity is to convince you to buy a Tank 300. At RM250,000 there are very few vehicles sold today that can compete with what’s on offer here. The Tank 300 is available fully imported in 4 colours – Dusk Orange, Fossil Grey, Crystal Black and Pearl White.
