Jaecoo Launches Its First 3S Dealership In Klang Valley
Another dealership opens up in the Klang Valley, this time for Chinese automaker, Jaecoo
Jaecoo Malaysia continues to expand its footprint in Malaysia with the launch of its flagship 3S dealership in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, operated by ES Premium Holdings Sdn Bhd. This marks the inaugural Jaecoo authorised dealership, with plans for 34 more to follow in the coming months.
Emily Lek, Vice President of Jaecoo Malaysia, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, stating, “We are thrilled to establish our flagship 3S dealership in Glenmarie Autocity, showcasing Jaecoo’s commitment to delivering a premium ownership experience in Malaysia. Our investment of RM5.5 million underscores our dedication to long-term growth in the premium off-road SUV market.”
Moreover, the Glenmarie dealership spans 23,000 sq ft with a 40,000 sq ft land area, integrating sales, after-sales service, and parts storage under one roof. The spacious Super Walkway showcases up to seven models across two floors, enhanced by interactive LED displays for browsing vehicle specifications.
Knowledgeable sales advisors are on hand to assist customers and facilitate test drives of the Jaecoo J7 AWD and 2WD variants. Fanny Yap, Managing Director of ES Premium Sdn Bhd, emphasised their role in delivering the Jaecoo brand experience, saying “As part of the Jaecoo Malaysia dealer network, we aim to elevate the customer experience through digital integration and personalised service.”
On top of that, the dealership anticipates hosting approximately 300 visitors monthly, offering amenities such as a customer lounge with a coffee bar, high-speed internet, and prayer rooms. A dedicated delivery lounge embodies Jaecoo’s ‘From Classic, Beyond Classic’ ethos.
ES Premium ensures seamless after-sales service with dedicated service managers overseeing a well-stocked spare parts warehouse featuring genuine Jaecoo parts. The facility boasts over 500 vehicle servicing capabilities monthly, equipped with advanced tools including electric vehicle (EV) bays in readiness for Jaecoo’s future EV lineup.
What’s more, upon completion of all 35 dealerships, Jaecoo Malaysia’s service network will encompass around 180 service bays nationwide. Supported by a dedicated auto parts warehouse and a new production plant in Shah Alam, Jaecoo aims to bolster its presence in the region.
The Glenmarie dealership’s launch precedes the upcoming debut of the Jaecoo J7 premium off-road SUV, the first locally assembled model in Malaysia and ASEAN, celebrated from 19 to 21 July 2024.
