The first batch of GAC GS3 EMZOOM owners in Malaysia were all smiles

WTC Automotif (M) Sdn. Bhd. (WTCA) celebrated a significant milestone with its inaugural GAC GS3 EMZOOM owners get-together at Tentent Cafe, Genting Sempah on 22 June 2024. This event highlighted WTCA’s appreciation for its customers and marked a pivotal moment for both WTCA and GAC Motor Malaysia.

The gathering united the pioneering group of GAC GS3 EMZOOM owners with key representatives from WTCA and GAC Motor China. Owners shared their ownership experiences, driving insights, and valuable feedback directly with the GAC Malaysia management team. This platform underscored WTCA’s commitment to customer engagement and satisfaction.

Moreover, Mr. Francis Chin, Head of Sales and Network Development at WTCA, emphasised the event’s role in enhancing the ownership experience, saying “We deeply value the commitment and trust shown by our early adopters of the GAC GS3 EMZOOM. At WTCA, enriching the customer journey is our priority. This event has strengthened our bond with customers, fostering community, trust, and collaboration.”

During the event, WTCA addressed queries on software updates and the multifunctional infotainment system, providing training on vehicle features. WTCA assured customers of ongoing software updates and robust after-sales support, with strategic depot locations across Malaysia ensuring efficient spare parts distribution.

On top of that, GAC Motor Malaysia maintains a nationwide network of showrooms and service centres committed to exceptional customer service. Currently operating 10 networks nationwide, WTCA aims to expand to 25 by the end of the year, including locations in East Malaysia. Given how much the brand has achieved so far, this goal seems likely.
