Sime Darby Motors offers various after-sales service packages for their BYD products.

In response to the increasing market demand for BYD’s innovative electric vehicles (EVs) and with a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience, Sime Darby Motors has taken its after-sales service offerings to new heights. By providing a range of comprehensive end-to-end services, Sime Darby Motors aims to deliver a seamless and convenient experience for BYD owners in Malaysia. New After-Sales Service Packages:

To further enhance the BYD ownership experience in Malaysia, Sime Darby Motors, as the distributor, now offers two comprehensive service packages: the Service Standard Package and the Service Plus Package. The Service Standard Package is available for three, six, and eight-year periods or upon reaching 60,000KM, 120,000KM, or 160,000KM, respectively, with prices ranging from RM1,688 to RM4,888. It includes essential services such as reducer oil service, air conditioning filter replacement, brake fluid service, drive motor coolant service, and air conditioning system refrigerant service.

Meanwhile, the Service Plus Package is available for a six-year period or 120,000KM, or eight-year period of 160,000KM, with prices ranging from RM7,888 to RM12,888. This package offers additional services including windscreen washer fluid replacement, wiper blades replacement (front and rear), remote control battery replacement, 12V battery replacement, brake pads replacement (front and rear), and brake disc replacement (front and rear).
