There are only 290 units of the TKC KTM Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 globally
TKC Motorshop has officially brought in the one and only unit of the KTM Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 into Malaysia and sold it at RM430,000. This is even more impressive when one considers the motorcycle is already an ultra limited edition motorcycle which has only 290 units globally.
The KTM Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 that was sold in Malaysia was finished in Super Black and Stealth Grey and the luxury motorcycle looks extremely sleek and stylish. It also features a split Brabus exhaust which no doubt sounds just as good to motorcycle enthusiasts as any V8 would to a car enthusiast.
Moreover, the front end of the KTM Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 looks a bit similar to Captain America’s motorcycle in “The First Avenger” with a round headlight in a more cube shaped housing. Naturally, this motorcycle did not come with a dedicated slot for a vibranium shield, but we all knew that already.
The KTM Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 also features striking 9-spoke black rims that match the black paint as well as Bridgestone tyres which, no doubt, help the motorcycle put all its power down reliably. Another stand out feature of the motorcycle is the carbon fiber looking body panels it has.
The KTM Brabus 1300 R edition 23 has also been Introduced in Hanoi, Vietnam, the limited edition motorcycle is inspired by the original 1300 R which was unveiled last year, with its build being based on the KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO and looks mostly similar to the original aside from the carbon-fiber air scoops and headlights.
On top of that, the KTM Brabus 1300 R edition 23 also gets a 1,301cc LC8 V-Twin engine that powers the motorcycle and generates a max power output of 180hp and a peak torque of 140Nm. All this means that the motorcycle has more than enough power to speed past most other vehicles on the road with ease.
With a retail price of EUR42,500 (approximately RM198k), the sole unit of the KTM Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 in Malaysia clearly fetched a much higher price than many would have initially assumed and the owner is truly lucky indeed to own such a beautiful piece of machinery and the only one in the country, no less.
So what do you guys think about the KTM Brabus 1300 R Edition 23? I would definitely be ecstatic if I were to see it on the road, with it being so rare and all.
