Let’s take a closer look at this unique green colour for the Chery Omoda 5 that we won’t get
Okay, so Chinese automaker, Chery, has been aggressively campaigning its vehicles here to mark the brand’s comeback to Malaysia and so far it has been working well. Today, the brand outdid itself and showed off a Chery Tiggo 8 Pro along with two Chery Omoda 5 cars, one of which was a research and development (R&D) exclusive I wish would be sold here. Let’s explore.
All right, so the main picture was that of a Chery Omoda 5 in its higher trim level, the car will be offered in two trim levels in Malaysia but those along with prices and more technical specs will all be revealed officially by Chery on 6 July 2023 so do check out DSF.my as well as gohedgostan.com on that day to find out all the info you need on these two cars.
Moreover, the car in the main picture is an exclusive R&D version of the Chery Omoda 5 finished in “Water Green,” which sadly, Chery will not be introducing in Malaysia just yet. We will instead be given four colour options (also to be revealed later) which are much safer options but what do you guys think? Would you prefer if Water Green was an option? I personally would.
Well, either way, I do not run Chery Malaysia so I don’t really get a say in this but I truly felt like the Water Green colour was amazing and so I wanted to hear from our readers if you would like to see it being added to the range. After all, Chery never said the colour option would stay out of Malaysia forever so could you guys convince the brand to expedite this colour option’s entry?
I guess only time will tell, either way, don’t forget to check out both DSF.my (for English coverage) and gohedgostan.com (for Malay coverage) of both the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro and Chery Omoda 5 in Malaysia this 6 July 2023 and find out everything you would ever need to know about these cars and more.
